Naomi was appointed to assist with progressing our care home construction project that was underway but needed additional support to advance site operations. Having managed to quickly develop a good working relationship with everyone on site, she was a very effective communicator of instructions to the team. Through engaging pragmatically with the contractors, works were successfully advanced towards the final stage of construction.
