Not Justadmin.
Clearing your inbox, organising your event, or just giving you more time for yourself. I'm here to take things off your plate so you can focus on what you do best.
Meet the founder
The name Not Just shares the same initials as my name, Naomi Jane, and that is not a coincidence. It is built on everything I am, everything I can provide and everything I refuse to compromise on.
I have worked in hospitality, property management and construction across five countries, in high-pressure roles where trust, discretion and quick thinking were not optional. That taught me to read a situation fast and offer a solution that actually fits.
I know where my strengths lie, and I know when to bring in the right person instead. Think of me as your fractional COO.
— Naomi

Executive Support
I run your inbox and diary rather than watching them. I book the travel, chase whoever owes you an answer, and deal with the thing you keep moving to tomorrow. Quietly. That part matters. I'm choosy about this one though: it only works if we actually get on, so it starts with a conversation.
- Inbox and diary owned, triaged, kept clear
- Travel and the logistics around it
- Clients, suppliers and your team chased
- The reporting that keeps slipping

Not only (just) is a problem halved when shared — with Naomi it is SOLVED!
Naomi helped me build real confidence not only in my tasks, but in myself as a business owner. Her guidance made everything feel clearer and more manageable plus she provides a fun collaborative energy to the discussion. None of this condescending natter I have experienced elsewhere.
Naomi is supportive, efficient and creates clarity almost instantly.
In elevating creative concepts and their execution, and clarifying practical steps, she has genuinely helped take my business and brand to the next level.
Her skills in organising site operations proved very valuable in stabilising the site at a crucial point.
Naomi was appointed to assist with progressing our care home construction project that was underway but needed additional support. Relations between site management and construction teams required reinforcement and Naomi excelled in delivering that. Through engaging pragmatically with the contractors, works were successfully advanced towards the final stage of construction.

You don’t have tocarry it all.
Tell me what’s on your plate. First thirty minutes are free and there’s no pitch at the end of it. If I’m not the right fit I’ll point you at someone who is.
